Using the shot glass beads to strengthen the surface of the workpiece can reduce the potential danger of surface erosion or surface fatigue. The surface treatment of the sprayed beads is economical and accurate.

D, beading rate: the particle size is greater than 425 mu m, the beaded rate is greater than 80%, the particle size is < 425 mu m, and the beading rate is greater than 85%

E, glass composition: sodium calcium glass composition, SiO2 content > 68%.
